OVERALL: Draw
Between the US Blue Underground, German Koch Media, the original UK Arrow and the US / UK Arrow 2017 edition as all have unique and substantial extras. However as regards the old UK Arrow disc, see below.
For audio the Blue Underground release has lossless 7.1 while all other releases have the original mono track.
The Blue Underground release is missing the word "Right" from the "Right, bring in the perverts" line of dialogue from the English track.
Also note the UK Arrow single disc edition and Australian Shock releases are presented in a cropped ratio of 2.00:1 and that they have lossy soundtracks only. -

- Blu-ray A America- Arrow Films - No cuts (96:44).
- Blu-ray A America- VCI - No cuts.
- Blu-ray ALL America- Blue Underground - No cuts. But the line "Bring in the perverts" is missing the foreword "Right" from the English track (96:31).
