UPDATE LOG:

08/10/14: Initial Entry.
01/01/15: Confirmed Region All.
07/01/18: Changed region coding to A as that is it's official code and if loaded up in a player set to another region then a menu screen appears saying wrong region. However, on some players it's possible to hit the menu button and circumvent this, but it's not confirmed to happen on all players.
07/05/19: Australian release added.
05/09/20: Added UK.
10/03/21: Corrected Caps-a-holic link, added France, Italy, & Spain, added notes on Australia release.
