OVERALL: Draw
The UK discs have two Gerry Anderson commentaries, the audio adventures plus additional minor extras; all across five volumes available individually or collected together in a boxed set.
The Shout! Factory set has the two GA commentaries plus two additional ones and some interviews; note, two episodes in this set are PAL-NTSC transfers (due to having the UK PAL GA commentaries).
A true fan would probably own both sets.
