The Japanese release has an audio commentary with two versions of the film.
Note the American and Canadian releases has some exclusive extras and the Australian release gathers the extras from the US Arc II and Arc III releases. While the French release contains the TV Special Recaps and a interview not available on the other releases-plus booklets and trinkets.
