1st pressing of this release features the commentaries for Part II (with Juliette Cummins) and III (an unspecified crew member) unedited. 2nd pressings featured the commentaries for the said movies edited due to legal issues.

This version runs ~87 mins. The new footage consists of three extra scenes. The scene in which the girls first arrive at the party is longer, followed by a scene with two of the girls talking on the back porch of the house. Finally, there is a scene late in the film that takes place in a police station in which the cranky desk sergeant talks to a detective about whether on not someone should check in on the girls that he thinks are making prank calls. - R1 The Slumber Party Massacre Collection America- Shout!
