Only minor language differences, though note on the US release the subtitles are not removable.

The English and German Versions
The German-language version was filmed immediately after the English-language version, on the same soundstages, but with a different director and cast (with the exception of Garbo, who stars in both versions). Apparently, Garbo considered the German-language version to be the better film.

• R2 Germany- Warner Home Video - No cuts (81:54 PAL).
