Also may want to confirm the UK cut status. The US version only has the R-rated theatrical cut which reduces gore in 3 scenes, possibly the UK release is that version which would make it technically uncut since it's the theatrical version. The Australian one is definitely the unrated version, as is the French BD according to online reports.

Re: Texas Chainsaw 3D - Blu Ray ALL Australia
My understanding is that the UK and US versions are both the R rated theatrical version as cut.
The unrated version was only initially released digitally and not in 3D. It wasn't even offered to international distributors, I recall there being a story of how one of them (German? Dutch?) was annoyed when they found out because they wanted the most uncut version and didn't even know the unrated cut existed.
As to what version the Australian one is, I don't know. I'd be interested to know if it's the same cut on both discs too.

The Australian one is definitely unrated. I checked the comparison on Movie Censorship. It's the same unrated version on both discs - they have identical runtimes and audio/subtitles. I have no idea why they cropped the 2D-only version, but the 3D/2D disc is OAR anyway.

Thanks, added and updated the comparison. Yes, the UK and US are both the theatrical cut.

Just to update from people looking in from elsewhere, but James Gillett and Alister Manson agree this is indeed the theatrical cut. Thanks to both for checking, double checking, and triple checking!
I work away a lot but I will reply to all PM's within a few days so please have patience!
