Phantasm III UK Arrow Blu-ray - easter egg ADDED

The Phantasm III Blu-ray in the UK Arrow box set has an easter egg not yet listed:

Go to Special Features menu, highlight 'Trailer' then press RIGHT to play additional discussion between special makeup effects artists Mark Shostrom and Dean Gates (6:58).

Source: I own a copy.

I checked all 6 discs in the set, and did not find any other easter eggs. It was not a completely exhaustive search, for example I did not check every button press for every scene in the scene selection menus. However, I doubt there are any easter eggs located there.
