Desperate Housewives (2004) Season 1 DVD UPDATED

The R1 American DVD is missing the following extras (probably all the other countries are too but I don't have those):

Disc two:
Extended Version of "Anything You Can Do" (with Introduction by Marc Cheery)
Runtime: 43 minutes 54 seconds for the episode, 43 seconds for the intro with Marc Cherry.

Disc four:
Some behind the scenes footage featuring separate interviews with Eva Longoria and Marc Cherry talking about how much nudity they were allowed to show in a scene where John Rowland (played by Jesse Metcalfe) is trimming a bush outside in just a shirt. It doesn't appear on the DVD menu so it appears to be a hidden extra. I found it by ripping the DVD so I don't know how to access it normally.
Runtime: 59 seconds.
