Limited Edition
1. The Limited Edition includes a slipcase (or slipbox) and booklet.
2. Reissued as a standard edition, without the slipcase or booklet, but it does include both discs. Blu-ray.com and Amazon.co.uk both seem to state that the standard edition is a single disc release, but they are incorrect. Note that both discs are Blu-rays - disc 1 has movie and commentaries, disc 2 has other extras such as documentaries. The database currently states "Reissued in a standard edition without the DVD copy or booklet", but neither release includes a DVD.
