According to IMDb, the DVDs of The Muppets' Wizard of Oz (2005) contain an extended version that is 20 minutes longer than the TV version. AFAIK, the TV version has never been released on home video or streaming.
And no, I don't know how long the DVDs' runtimes are. I've yet to dig out my retail copy of the R1 US DVD.

Got a new Blu-ray drive for Christmas yesterday and inserted the US DVD to check the runtime today. It's 100:00 NTSC.

Looking at the runtimes and it seems the R2 releases are in fact the broadcast version. Updated.
