Although it's copyrighted worldwide, the only releases so far are supposedly "PD" bootlegs.
The footnote of the listed Mill Creek box sets incorrectly says the first is uncut, though they contain the US theatrical edit and US TV edits respectively. Details here.

Thanks, James, although there's a typo ("shorted") in the footnotes.
All non-US (and many US) films in such "PD" box sets are bootlegs, and Mill Creek in particular are well-known for swapping out titles when they receive copyright violation notices. Therefore, the same sets often have many different permutations.
