yes seems like it and not sure that pinky is an interview even if that is label like one.
For me it seems more like a featurette
I couldnt find any dato/year for it

i cant answer why there is 2 things from one guy. i just lists the menu and write it as precious as is written. I am not an expert in featurettes either.

It seems it is the interview with J-Taro Sugisaku from the Discotek DVD, which runs (15:32)
The Mondo Macabro press release also says it includes an archival interview from him.

I have to dig out my old Discotek DVD, Yuriko Hishimi is in the featurette, but she doesn't speak in the commentary? The commentary was moderated by cult film expert Yoshiki Hayashi, so I assume he would be in the featurette, but I will check later tonight. For now, added it with just "Introducing the Commentators" as it is spelled in the menu screen.
